结直肠癌中医临床研究的结局指标探讨

Outcome Variables of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Treatments for Colorectal Cancer

文章通过简要介绍中医药治疗结直肠癌临床研究中常用的结局指标,应用情况与存在问题。分析了中医治疗结直肠癌的临床疗效特点,据此基础上重点阐述了中医药治疗该病的临床研究中结局指标的选择建议;尽管临床结局指标的选择有所侧重,但提出注重以病人为中心的患者生活质量、患者报告结局以及中医证候这些软指标的变化为主;为了更有利于体现中医药治疗肿瘤的特点和优势,在今后的结直肠癌中医临床研究中应强调选择这些软指标。这为该病的中医药临床研究中结局指标的选择提供了新思路。

This study briefly traduced the normal outcome variables of the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on colorectal cancer,their application and existing issues. After analyzing the characteristics of the effectiveness of the treatments of traditional Chinese medicine, how to choose the variables was proposed for further study. Although the choosing principles va- ries, the variables should include those indicating the changes in the so -called soft variables such as quality of life of patients, patient reported outcome variables and the symptoms based on traditional Chinese medicine. In order to utilize the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatments on colorectal cancer, these soft variables must be included in the study on the effec- tiveness of traditional Chinese medicine on colorectal cancer. This will give a new idea for the development of outcome variables as well.
