大叶蝉科一新属二新种(同翅目:叶蝉总科)

A NEW GENUS AND TWO NEW SPECIES OF CICADELLIDAE (HOMOPTERA: CICADELLOIDEA)

本文记述大叶蝉科一新属——肖大叶蝉属Paracicadella与一新种——红条肖大叶蝉P.rubrovitta及大叶蝉属一新种——烟翅大叶蝉Cicadella fumosa。新属新种发现于西藏,大叶蝉属新种发现于云南。

The present paper describes a new species of the genus Cicadella Latreilla, 1817 and a new allied genus, Paracicadella, and its a new species collected from China. Type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica.Paracicadella Kuoh et Zhang, gen. nov.This new genus belongs to the Cicadella generic group, it differs from all other genera. in the pygofer with a process and with few macrosetae on the posterior marginal area, in the connective broadly V-shaped and in the longer style extending as farposteriorly as apex of aedeagus.Type species: Paracicadella rubrovitta sp. nov.Paracicadella rubrovitta sp. nov. (fig. 1)Crown yellowish-white, disk with an apical spot and a longitudinal band bordering inner margin of each eye, orange, with a pair of large spots and an irregular transverse band, black. Pronotum, scutellum and forewing black, with some markins orange-red. Face, pectus andlegs yellowish-white; venter orange-red.Length: 7.2mm; length incl.tegm.10.0mm.Holotype, Xizang: Medog, 850m, 25.V.1983Cicadella funosa, sp. nov. (fig. 2)This species is very similar to Cicadella viridis (L.), but can readily be distinguished by the relatively smaller size, the markings of crown, the basal area of pronotum and forewing smoky-black coloring, especially the slender paraphyses differs distinctly.Length: 5.1mm; length incl. tegm. 6.5mm.Holotype, Yunnan Province: Kunming, 16.V.1980
