北方两系杂交粳稻及亲本的籼粳成分与株型和产量性状的关系 被引量:1

Relationship Between Indica-Japonica Index of Parents and Hybrid Plant Type Traits and Yield in Japonica Two-Line Hybrid Rice in Northern China

摘要 以北方两系杂交粳稻组合及其亲本为试验材料,采用程式指数法划分亲本和杂种的籼粳成分,研究其籼粳成分与杂种部分株型性状的关系。杂种在分蘖高峰期和成熟期的叶绿素含量与父本的程式指数呈显著正相关。杂种的剑叶叶长与母本的程式指数呈显著负相关,株高与母本籼稻成分呈显著负相关。在穗部性状与亲本籼粳成分分析中得出,穗长与父本和杂种的籼粳成分相关分析达显著负相关,穗数和穗粒数都与母本的籼粳成分呈显著负相关,穗粒数还与父母本籼粳成分之差绝对值呈显著负相关。叶绿素SPAD值与亲本的籼粳成分及其差值呈线性相关,存在临界极值。因此,北方粳型两系杂交水稻要获得良好的株型性状及产量杂种优势,父母本的籼粳成分要适度搭配。 The parental indica-Japonica index and hybrid plant-type traits were investigated "with the parents and their combinations of japonica two-line hybrid rice in northern China according to the Cheng's index. There was significant positive correlation between the SPAD of hybrid and restoring line at peak tillering stage and mature stage. There was significant negative correlation between the indica-japonica index of Sterile line and hybrid flag leaf length and plant height. Panicle length with paternal and indica-japonica hybrids correlation analysis showed significant negative correlation with the number of panicles and grain indiea-japonica Sterile line was a significant negative correlation between number of grains but also with the parents of the absolute difference between indica-japonica values showed a significant negative correlation. Chlorophyll SPAD value with the parental constituents and the difference between the subspecies linear correlation, there is a critical extremes. Therefore, to get a good plant-type traits and yield heterosis for ianonica hybrid rice, the parents of should be appropriate match.
