摘要
海洋放线菌BM-2菌株发酵液浸泡黄瓜种子后采用盆栽试验法,测定对黄瓜幼苗根长、须根数的影响,检测黄瓜根部的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等4种防御酶的酶活性变化。结果表明:BM-2菌株发酵液浸泡黄瓜种子可促进黄瓜须根的增加和根伸长;浸种处理后黄瓜幼苗根部PAL、POD、PPO和SOD 4种酶活性明显高于对照,且4种酶活性高峰时期不同,表明BM-2菌株发酵液浸泡种子能够明显诱导黄瓜对枯萎病的抗性。
To evaluate the effect of Paenibacillus polymyxa BM-2 on growth-promoting and induced resistance in cucumber, a pot experiment was conducted using seeds treated with BM-2 fermentation broth as materials. The resuhs showed that BM-2 fermentation broth could increase the number of fibrous root and the length of root after seed soaking. The activities of defense enzymes, including phenylalanin ammonia lyase ( PAL), peroxidase ( POD), polyphenol oxidase( PPO), and superoxidase dismutase (SOD), were higher significantly than control, but the activity peaks of four enzymes appeared at different time. It indicated that BM-2 could induce resistance to fusarium wilt in cucumber after seed soaking
