摘要
采用紫外分光光度法直接测定复方苯甲酸软膏中水扬酸的含量,测定波长为297±1nm,平均回收率为100.57%,RSD 为0.37%(n=9),方法简便、快速、准确。
We use the method of ultra violent ray to measure the Salicylic Acid content of Compound Benzoic Acid Cream directly.The wave length of ultra violent ray is 297±1nm.Average recycling rate is 100. 57% and RSD is 0.37(n=9).The method is simple,convenient and conclusion is credible.
