发酵复方中草药对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病的疗效研究

为探讨发酵复方中草药对鸡球虫病的防治效果,将270只肉鸡分成9组,分别为不感染不给药组、感染不给药组、西药组、复方中草药组以及0.2%、0.5%、1%、2%、3%发酵复方中草药组。依据抗球虫指数对酵母发酵复方中草药治疗鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病的效果进行评价。结果表明,西药地克珠利组相对增重率为64%,抗球虫指数为128.3,而2%发酵复方中草药组的相对增重率为85%,抗球虫指数为146.0,在9个试验组中抗球虫效果最好,优于西药组。

To study the cure effect of Chinese medicine recipe fermented by yeast on chicken coccidiosis,two hundred and seventy chickens were divided into nine groups that were positive control group, negative control group, western medicine group,Chinese medicine group,Chinese medicine fermented by yeast （0.2%, 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3%）group.According to anti-coccidiosis index （ACI）, the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions against chicken coccidiosis were appraised.The results indicated that：the relative increasing weight rate and ACI of the western medicine group were 64% and 128.3,however,the ACI of 2% Chinese medicine fermented by yeast group was 146.0 and the relative increasing weight rate was up to 85% .Efficacy of 2% Chinese medicine group fermented by yeast was better than the western medicine group and was the best of nine groups.
