不同硒源对断奶仔兔生产性能和抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为探讨有机硒和无机硒对肉兔生长性能和抗氧化功能的影响,试验选用100只35日龄断奶仔兔,公母各半,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复4只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在基础日粮中分别添加0.15、0.30 mg/kg的亚硒酸钠,Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别添加0.15、0.30 mg/kg的硒代蛋氨酸。预试期7 d,正式期28 d。结果表明:各硒源添加组日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中Ⅳ的日增重最高,料肉比最低,显著低于对照组。Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ组间日增重和料肉比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅳ组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化轻酶(CAT)活性均显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),但Ⅲ、Ⅳ组间各抗氧化指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,一定剂量的硒能提高肉兔生长性能和抗氧化功能,且有机硒的添加效果优于无机硒。 Effects of sodium selenite and selenium methionine on the growth performance and antioxidation function of rabbit were studied in this experiment.One hundred 35-day-old New Zealand rabbits were selected and divided into 5 groups with 5 replicats of 4 each, half males and half females.Group I (control)was fed with basal diet, and group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.15 and 0.30 mg/kg sodium selenite ;group Ⅳ and Ⅴ were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.15 mg/kg and 0.30 mg/kg selenium methionine respectively.The whole experiment lasted for 35 days, including 7 d adjustment test,and 28 d formal test.The resuhs showed that:the average daily gain (ADG)of selenium groups was significantly higher than that of control (P 〈 0.05) ,and the ADG of low level Se-Met group was the highest and significantly higher than that of sodium selenite groups (P 〈 0.05 ).There were no significant difference on conversion among group Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ (P 〉 0.05).Antioxidation index such as SOD, GSH-Px, CAT and MDA in group m, IV had significant effect compared with group Ⅰand Ⅱ (P 〈 0.05) ,but no difference was found between group m and IV.The results sshowed that selenium could improved the growth performance and serum antioxidation function of rabbit.The addition effect of organic selenium was better than that of inorganic selenium.
