6种茶叶对斑点叉尾鮰生长性能及鱼肉中脂类的影响

Effects of six kinds of Chinese tea on growth performance and flesh lipids in fingerlings channel catfish(Ictalurus punctatus)

摘要 本试验选取黄山毛峰、霍山黄芽、龙井、屏山炒青、普洱、祁门红茶6种茶叶,在叉尾鮰鱼日粮中分别添加0%、1%、2%和4%的不同茶粉制成颗粒饲料;选择1.8 g左右的叉尾鮰幼鱼作试验对象,每组3个重复,饲养8周后,分析不同添加量和茶叶品种对叉尾鮰生长性能、饲料利用率和鱼肉中脂类的影响。结果表明:与未添加茶粉的对照组相比,添加1%的茶粉组叉尾鮰的增重率显著提高11.68%(P<0.01),饲料系数显著降低10.55%(P<0.01);添加4%茶粉组鱼肉脂肪含量降低12.43%(P<0.05),但增重率降低7.78%(P<0.05),综合比较6个茶叶组各测定指标得出,1%龙井茶可显著提高增重率,4%龙井茶可显著降低鱼肉脂肪含量;4%普洱茶能显著降鱼肉中胆固醇含量。 This study aimed to evaluate effects of 6 kinds of tea Huang Ya, Dragon Well, Keemun, Pu'er,Pan-fired and Mao Feng on growth performance,feed utilization and flesh lipids of fingerlings channel catfish.The basic diets were supplemented with 0,10,20,40 g/kg of tea,and then made into granulated feed.The average weight of fish was (1.83±0.2) g.Each group included triplicate.After eight weeks, the results showed that:compared with control group,weight gain of 1% tea powder group increased by 11.68%(P 〈 0.01),and feed conversion rate (FCR) reduced by 10.55%(P 〈 0.01).Flesh crude lipid content reduced by 12.43% (P 〈 0.05),but weight gain decreased by 7.78% in 4% tea powder group (P 〈 0.05).By comparing the indicators of the 6 tea groups, 1% Dragon Well tea largely increased the weight gain and decreased the flesh lipid content,while 4% the Pu'er tea could significantly decrease cholesterol content in the fish flesh.
