摘要
本文采用爆炸喷涂系统在铝合金表面制备了WC-17Co涂层。利用SEM,EDAX XRD,HAXD等设备对涂层组织性能进行了分析。研究表明,涂层硬度在1100~1300HV之间,孔隙率平均小于1.0%,而且单个孔隙的最大尺寸≤0.012mm。涂层中没有发现明显的氧化物。WC颗粒在喷涂过程中能够产生轻微的脱碳反应,生成W2C和Co3W3C。涂层的抗腐蚀性能较为理想,但涂层的相结构并不均匀。
In the investigation, D-gun spraying system was employed to obtain WC-17Co coat ing on aluminum alloy substrate. SEM, EDAX, XRD and HAXD were used to analyze the microstructure and performance of the coating. The hardness of the WC-17Co coating was in the range of 1100~1300 HV, the average porosity was smaller than 1G. The maximum di ameter of single pore size was smaller than 0. 012 mm. No obvious oxide was found in the coating. Decarburization of the WC particles took place during the spraying process and W2C and Coa W3 C were formed. The corrosion resistance of the coating was acceptable. The phase distribution in the coating was not uniform.
