摘要
采用化学共沉淀法制备出了粒度为1~2μm的Ag—ZnO复合粉末,讨论了添加微量元素对粉末粒度、材料显微组织和性能的影响,并探讨了Ag—ZnO复合材料的最佳压制、烧结工艺参数。结果表明,采用化学共沉淀烧结工艺,添加少量镍的Ag—ZnO复合材料电触头具有基体强化程度高,ZnO粒子弥散分布均匀,力学性能和电性能优良的特点。
Ag-ZnO composite powders sized 1~2 μm were prepared by chemical coprecipitati- on method. The effect of trace elements addition on powder size, microstructure and basic properties was studied. The optimal parametres of pressing and sintering process of Ag-ZnO composite were investigated. The results showed that the electric contactors made of Ag- ZnO composite adding small quantity of Ni demonstrated high matrix strength, homogeneous distribution of ZnO, remarkable mechanical and electrical properties, etc.
