摘要
采用改进化学汽相沉积(MCDV)工艺与溶液掺杂工艺相结合的制备技术,制备了掺铋石英光纤。针对目前国内掺铋石英光纤制备技术存在的问题,采用不易水解的Bi(NO3)3为原料,并通过快速缩棒技术,解决了Bi2O3缩棒、收棒时易挥发的问题,为制备出满足实用需求的掺铋石英光纤奠定了基础。
The modified chemical vapor deposition(MCVD) and solution doping method is applied to the fab- rication of Bi-doped silica fiber. On account of the problems existed in domestic Bi-doped silica fiber prepar- ing technology, Bi (NO3)3 is using to prevent hydrolyzation and the faster collapse technology is using to pre- vent volatilization of Bi2O3. So that a foundation for the preparation of Bi-doped silica fiber is build up.
