复方青癌灵口服液对人白血病、肺癌、胃癌细胞等作用的研究

Effects of Qingailing Oral Liquid on Cell Lines of Human Leukemia、Lung Cancer and Gastric Cancer

复方青癌灵口服液是由青蒿等六种中药通过提取制成的复方中药制剂。实验表明本制剂作用于咽癌Hep—2、胃癌 MGC—803、肺癌 AGZY—83a、人白血病 K562、NB_4进行细胞形态学、药物反应曲线、流式细胞仪检测,结果表明:复方青癌灵口服液对 K562、MGC—803、AGZY—83a 有增殖抑制作用及诱导凋亡作用。对 NB_4有押制作用,对Hep—2细胞不敏感。

Qingailing oral liquid is a complex preparation anti-cancer compound which is abstracted from six kinds of Chinese herbs.We test possible mechanisms of Qingailing oral liquid through morphology,flow cytometry and drug-reactive curve by using Hep-2、MGC-803、AGZY-83a、K562、NB4 cell lines as model. The results show that Qingailing oral liquid inhibits the proliferation of K562、MGC-803、AGZY-83a cells and induce K562、MGC-803、AGZY-83a cell apoptosis at micromolar concentration.
