Experimental Research on Performance of Warm-recycled Mixture Asphalt with SMA

摘要 为了评价SMA温拌再生沥青混合料的性能,利用京沈高速公路(北京段)铣刨下来的废旧沥青混合料(RAP),按照厂拌热再生设计方法分别配制不同RAP掺量(质量分数分别为0,20%,30%,45%)下的SMA热拌及温拌再生沥青混合料;利用车辙试验、低温弯曲蠕变试验和冻融劈裂试验分别评价了混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性能;通过动态模量试验测试了其在不同频率(0.01,0.1,1,10Hz)下的15℃动态模量,计算了混合料的抗车辙因子和疲劳因子,并评价了其抗车辙能力和疲劳性能。研究结果表明:温拌再生沥青混合料的高温性能和低温抗裂性能优于热拌再生沥青混合料,但其抗疲劳性能低于热拌再生沥青混合料,水稳定性能与热拌再生沥青混合料基本保持一致。 In order to evaluate the performance of warm recycled mixture asphalt (WRMA) SMA, reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) milled used to prepare WRMA and hot-recycled mixture on Jingshen Expressway in Beijing section was asphalt (HRMA) with SMA and different RAP contents (0, 20%, 30%, 45%) hy hot-recycling method. Rutting test, bending creep test and freeze thaw split test were used to evaluate the performances of the mixtures, including the high temperature stability, low temperature anti-cracking and water stability. The 15 ~C dynamic moduli under different frequencies (0. 01, 0. 1, 1, 10 Hz) were tested with dynamic modulus test. The anti-rutting factor and fatigue factor were calculated and their anti rutting and fatigue were evaluated. The results show that the high temperature performance and low temperature anti cracking of the WRMA are better than those of the HRMA. However, the fatigue resistance of the WRMA is worse than that of the HRMA and the water stability of WRMA is the same as that of HRMA.
