摘要
针对中国制造业的困境和全球经济向服务经济转型的大趋势,为了探索中国汽车制造业向服务型汽车制造业的转型模式,采用商业模式理论和案例研究的方式,构建了汽车制造企业从生产型到服务型的转型模式,并通过实例分析了企业的转型过程。研究结果表明:传统汽车制造企业通过从提供汽车产品转向提供综合解决方案,从提供基础的售后服务转向提供基于汽车产品的全生命周期的服务转变,将有效促进汽车制造业的商业模式创新,从而加速传统汽车制造企业的转型。
In order to study the transformation mode of the automobile industry, and aimed at the difficult situation of China's automobile manufacturing industry and considering the trend of global economy transforming to service economy, the transformation mode from production manufacturing to service oriented manufacturing was established through business model theory and case study. The results indicate that transformations from product supplying to integrated solutions supplying and from simple service supplying to service supplying throughout the product lifecycle promote business innovation, so as to accelerate the transformation.
