英语世界元散曲译介及曲家地位定量分析

肇始于20世纪60年代的英语世界的元散曲译介所取得成就有目共睹,其突出的特点表现为译介主体身份多元、译介策略各异而又不失圆熟、译介对象选择的经典化、译介载体的多样性等方面。对英语世界主要元散曲家的译介作品进行定量分析表明,英语世界本土学者和华裔学者良好的中国文化素养和对中国传统文学经典的深切体认感、元散曲特有的主题思想和艺术特征与战后西方现代语境的深层契合共同促使了中国元散曲家及其作品经典地位在海外的确立,从而保证了中外元散曲家经典地位的一致性;而对无名氏、云龛子散曲的推崇则彰显了英语世界散曲译介主体的独特审美情趣。进一步扩大元散曲译介范围、提高译介水平、加大译介力度,在译介的同时更要注重研究,仍是今后英语世界元散曲学者们的首要任务,而且大有可为。

The achievements made in the translation of Yuan San-ch＇ u since the 1960s has been great whose prominent features include the multiple identity of translators, the different translation strategies without loss of proficiency, the classical translation object, and the diversity in translation carrier, etc. Quantitative analysis of the translated compositions of the main writers of Yuan San-ch＇u in the English-speaking world indicates that the excellent Chinese cultural literacy of the native scholars and those of ethnic Chinese origin, the deep approval of the Chinese traditional literary canon, the deep agreement between the unique theme and art characteristics of Yuan San-ch＇ ti, and the post-war western modern context contribute to the establishment of the classic status of the writers of Yuan San-ch＇ u and their compositions abroad, which ensures the consistency of classic status of those writers both at home and abroad. The translators speak highly of the compositions of the anonymous and those of Yun-k＇an Tzu, which shows their unique aesthetic temperament. It is the first priority for the scholars in the English-speaking world to expand the translation scope, improve translation, enhance the translation intensity, and at the same time pay more attention to the research of Yuan San-ch＇u,
