摘要
目的 :观察在高压氧基础上并用肌电控制刺激训练治疗脑血管意外的永效并探讨其作用机制。方法 :选择16 0例不同时期的CVA患者 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用肌电控制刺激训练和高压氧相结合的方法进行治疗 ,对照组仅用肌电控制刺激训练治疗。结果 :治疗组有效率为 93 .90 % ,对照组为 71.79% ;对失语者有效率为 :治疗组 10 0 % ,对照组 72 %。经SPSS 8.0统计软件包进行统计分析 ,治疗组与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :肌电控制训练并用高压氧治疗CVA的疗效要优于单纯肌电控制训练 ,高压氧治疗为肌电控制刺激训练提供必要的硬件支持 。
Objective:To observe the long term effect of the myoelectric controlled stimulation with hyperbaromeric oxygenation in cerebrovascular accident(CVA).Method:One hundred and sixty CVA patients in different stages were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. Both the myoelectric controlled stimulation and hyperbaromeric oxygenation were applied in the treatment group, while the control group used the myoelectric controlled stimulation only.Result:The total effective rates were 93.90% in the treatment group and 71.79% in the control group; The effective rates of aphasia were 100% in the treatment group and 72%in the control group.There's a significant difference between the two groups by SPSS 8.0 analysis( P <0.05).Conclusion:The effects of myoelectric controlled stimulation with hyperbaromeric oxygenation are better than that of myoelectric controlled stimulation only, because hyperbaromeric oxygenation provides a essential strong support to myoelectric controlled stimulation which could improve the plasticity of the brain according to the traditional Chinese medicine.
