全接触式鞋垫的国内外研究进展

Research Progress on Total Contact Insoles at Home and Abroad

定制的全接触式鞋垫因与足底完全接触,能够有效分散足底压力,降低了足底某些部位的压强,从而减轻疼痛感,因此为广大足疾患者所接受。本文分析了穿用此类鞋垫后足底压力等指标的变化情况及原因,重点概括了国内外对全接触式鞋垫的研究现状及不足,对这类鞋垫的一些负面评价也进行了总结,为定制化全接触式鞋垫的研究提供参考。

Customized total contact insoles are accepted by foot disease patients because they contact the foot completely, disperse the plantar pressure, which can reduce the plantar pressure and reduce the pain effectively. Plantar pressure change situation and reasons are analyzed after using these insoles. Main present situation and deficiencies on the total contact insoles at home and abroad are generalized, and also some negative evaluation is presented, which provides some references for the research of customized total contact insoles.
