胸壁皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤1例并文献复习 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤(subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma,SPTCL)的临床病理学特征。方法对1例胸壁SPTCL行HE染色及免疫组化染色观察,并复习相关文献。结果患者男性,40岁,发现右胸壁皮下暗红色结节1个月。眼观:灰黄色不规则形肿物1枚,大小3.0 cm×2.0 cm×1.5 cm,切面灰黄、实性。镜检:肿瘤位于皮下脂肪组织,呈小叶性脂膜炎样生长,具有轻度非典型性的瘤细胞围绕脂肪细胞呈花环状排列,偶见散在大细胞,核碎裂易见,并可见"豆袋细胞"。免疫表型:CD3、TIA-1、CD8均(+),CD4、CD20、CD56、CD30均(-)。结论SPTCL罕见,具有惰性临床行为,应与良性脂膜炎及其它累及皮下组织的皮肤淋巴瘤相鉴别,免疫组化标记对其确诊有重要的意义。
