成人脾脏多发淋巴管瘤1例 被引量：3

摘要 患者女性，36岁。因上腹部胀痛不适1个月入院。CT示：脾脏明显增厚，内有多个类圆形低密度灶，密度均匀，周边清晰（图1），CT值约18Hu。临床诊断：脾脏占位，考虑脾多发淋巴管瘤。患者全身麻醉行开腹探查术，术中所见：脾脏大小12cm×8cm×6cm，内触及3枚质硬圆形肿物，大者直径4cm，边界清，考虑脾脏占位，行脾脏切除术。切除的脾脏组织送病理检查：
