摘要 孕妇23岁，孕1产0，孕28^＋3周，因外院产前超声检查发现“胎儿心脏结构异常”来我院就诊。产前二维超声：子宫前壁町见一个胎盘，共5支脐血管，3支为脐动脉，2支为脐静脉；
