摘要 目的:随着高层次应用型人才需求量的日益增大,教育部从2009年开始招收全日制专业学位研究生。培养高质量的应用型人才是当前高校的重要任务之一。为提高全日制硕士专业学位研究生教学质量,锻炼研究生实践与解决实际工程问题的能力,根据该专业的特点和培养目标以及目前教育现状,改进当前的教学方式,探讨新的培养模式。方法:分析了生物医学工程全日制硕士专业学位研究生培养现状及存在的问题,从提高学生对于生物医学工程专业学位认可度;完善培养计划,合理制定课程学习体系;实行双导师制,实施多实践基地联合培养;建立生物医学工程专业学位硕士培养过程控制体系四个方面入手,对生物医学工程全日制硕士专业学位研究生培养模式的改进进行探讨。结果:探讨了一种新的培养模式,可提高研究生的学习积极性,培养计划与课程体系更加合理,同时可加强研究生实践培养环节,提高生物医学工程全日制专业学位研究生培养质量。结论:生物医学工程全日制专业学位研究生培养模式改革,能够提高研究生教学质量,培养合格的生物医学领域高层次应用型人才。 Objective: With the increasing demand for high-level application-oriented talents in China, the National Ministry of Education in China began to recruit full-time professional degree graduate from 2009. Cultivating high-quality applied talents is one of the most important tasks in the colleges. In order to improve the teaching quality of the full-time professional degree graduates, to strengthen their ability to solve practical engineering problems, according to the characteristics, the training objectives and the current education situation of full-time professional degree education for Biomedical Engineering, the paper aims at improving the current teaching methods and exploring a new training mode. Methods: On analyzing the existing problems in the current full-time professional degree education, the paper explores how to improve the cultivating mode of full-time professional degree graduate of biomedical engineering from four aspects, which include enhancing the students' recognition on professional degree, improving the training program and curriculum system, establishing multiple practice bases and double tutors joint training mechanism, and implementing the cultivating process control system. Results: A new cultivating mode is discussed, which will increase the study enthusiasm of graduates, improve the training plan and curriculum system, strengthen the practical training links, and improve the teaching quality of the full-time professional degree graduates. Conclusions: The cultivating mode reformation for full-time professional degree graduate of Biomedical Engineering can improve the quality of graduate teaching, and therefore, cultivate qualified high-level application-oriented talents.
