摘要 目的:医学物理学是高等医药院校本科专业的必修课程,是一门培养和提高医学生科学素质、科学思维方法和科学研究能力的重要基础课。医学物理实验课是医学物理学教学的重要组成部分,它担负着加深对所学理论知识的理解、对学生的基本操作技能、科学实验能力的培养,同时也担负着对学生的探索精神、科学思维、实践能力、创新能力等综合科研素质的培养和提高。本课题研究旨在总结分析医学物理实验教学存在的不足,在实践教学中积极探索提高医学物理实验教学质量的方法和措施。方法:通过对不同医学院校医学物理实验教学现状的实地调研和对国内多所医学院校的远程调查、相关文献查阅,归纳出制约医学物理实验教学质量提高的普遍问题:即实验内容不合理,实验教学形式单一、学生不重视实验课,缺乏实验兴趣、专业实验教师队伍缺乏、教学实验仪器设备陈旧等诸多问题。对这些问题产生的原因进行了认真的分析、研究,并结合我院医学物理学实验教学改革取得的成功经验,制定改革的方法和措施。结果:制定了医学物理实验教学改革的具体实施方案,应用于实践教学中,有效的提高了医学物理实验教学的质量,取得了理想的教学效果。结论:只有不断的对医学物理实验进行有效改革,才能不断提高医学物理实验的教学质量,培养高素质医学人才。 Objective: Medical Physics is the required course for undergraduates in medical colleges, and besides, an essential foundation course that aims at training and improving the scientific quality, thinking method and research ability for them. The experimental course on Medical Physics is an important part in education process, which takes on deepening comprehension of the leamed theoretical knowledge, teaching students the basic scientific experimental skills, and enhancing their synthesized research quality of exploring spirit, scientific logical, practical and innovation ability,etc. This subject is mainly at summing up some insufficiencies in experimental teaching class on Medical Physics, and exploring the new ways to improve the teaching quality for it. Methods: By local and remote investigations on present conditions in experimental teaching classes on Medical Physics course in many medical colleges in the country, we have concluded some normal obstructions, such as unreasonable contents in experimental classes, simplified teaching methods, the unimportant value and no interests attached by students, the lacking of professional teaching force, obsolete experimental equipments and so on, in restricting the improvement in teaching quality. Then we have drawn out some new methods in reformation by utilizing the successful experiences of our college after making the serious analysis and research on these kinds of questions. Results: By developing some actual and executable methods for reformation on experimental classes of the course, teaching quality has been improved distinctly and we have got some ideal effects. Conclusions: To improve the teaching quality and train the medical force in high-quality, the constant and effective reformation on this class is the top priority.
