摘要
目的:本文探讨了在医学影像物理学课程教学中利用基于问题的学习法(PBL)培养医学生创新能力的效果。方法:研究中以医学影像本科1、2班作为对象,分别采用PBL教学法和传统教学法,以相同的教学大纲为指导,完成相同的教学内容,通过考试成绩、问卷自评和辅导员评价三种方式获得反映创新能力培养效果的数据,并对数据统计分析。结果:在两组学员基本信息无统计学差异的情况下(P>0.05),PBL组学生的分析推理题、能力测试题和总成绩得分均高于传统教学组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);PBL教学法可更好的培养学生的自学,发现分析问题,观察和想象等能力,以及创新的激情;通过辅导员的评价,坚持采用PBL模式进行后续课程学习的学生,创新能力可获得持续的发展。结论:PBL教学法对于培养医学生创新能力中的创新知识、创新意识、创新思维、创新技能和创新人格的效果都优于传统教学方式,将PBL教学法应用于医学影像物理学教学中可更好的培养学生的创新能力,从而满足现代医学教育发展的要求。
Objective: investigate the effectiveness of cultivating the innovative medical talent based on the problem-based learning (PBL) in process of teaching medical imaging physics. Methods: undergraduates from two medical imaging classes were divided into experimental and control group. Experimental group was taught by PBL approach and the control group was given the traditional teaching method. Two groups were taught with the same contents which are prescribed by the same syllabus. The data collecting from examination scores, questionnaire self-assessment and evaluation from counselor could reflect the effectiveness of cultivating innovation ability, and were statistical analysis. Results: The basic information of two groups was similar. The total score and average scores of analytical reasoning and ability testing in experimental group were higher than that in control group. There was a significant difference of score between the two groups (P〈0.05). Students could be of excellent capabilities of self-study, problem-discovering, problem-solving, observation and imagination when taught by PBL approach compared with the traditional teaching method. And better passion of innovation could be found on them. Further- more, those who insist on studying subsequent courses by using PBL got sustainable development of innovational ability based on the evaluation of counselor. Conclusions: PBL approach is superior to traditional teaching method in the aspect of cultivat- ing the ability of innovation, which including innovative knowledge, innovative consciousness, innovative thinking, innovative skill and innovative personality. Therefore, using PBL approach in teaching medical imaging physics is conducive to the cultivation of innovation ability, which is to meet the requirements of the development of modem medical education.
