关节腔内注射消炎镇痛液复合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节炎 被引量:15

摘要 目的:评价关节腔内注射消炎镇痛液复合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节炎的疗效和安全性。方法:64例膝关节炎患者随机分为两组,对照组:口服双氯芬酸钠和氨基葡萄糖胶囊,治疗组关节腔内注射消炎镇痛液复合玻璃酸钠,共治疗4周;观察治疗前及治疗后1周、1个月和3个月的疼痛评分(VAS评分)、治疗效果以及不良反应。结果:两组VAS评分以及治疗效果均改善,治疗组总有效率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:关节腔内注射消炎镇痛液复合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节炎是可行、安全、有效的方案,且无明显不良反应。
