摘要
目的探讨天麻素对老年痴呆树鼩脑内海马BDNF表达的影响.方法用β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)侧脑室注射建立树鼩老年痴呆模型.从模型制作后第8天开始,治疗组树鼩连续30 d灌胃给予天麻素.通过RT-PCR检测海马脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)mRNA的表达.结果海马BDNF mRNA在天马素治疗组的表达高于模型组(P<0.05).结论天麻素能在一定程度上上调树鼩海马BDNF的表达.
Objective To investigate the effect of gastrodin on brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) expression in Alzheimer's disease (AD) tree shrew. Methods AD tree shrew model was established by intracerebroventricular injection with amyloid-a peptide (Aβ ) . Since the eighth day after injection, the tree shrews were treated with gastrodin for thirty days. The expression of BDNF in tree threw hippocampus was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) . Results The expression of BDNF mRNA in the treatment group was higher than that in the model group (P 〈 0.05) Conclusion Gastrodin can increase some degree of the expression of BDNF.
