摘要
以Nb和V复合添加的微合金钢为研究对象,以基于位错密度的动态再结晶理论模型为基础建立模型,利用Matlab编程实现动态再结晶过程的模拟,可视化模拟了微合金钢热变形中的微观组织演变过程,并预测了微合金钢的性能。
Taking the steel microalloyed with compound addition of Nb and V as research object, a CA model was established based on the dynamic recrystallization theoretical model of dislocation density, the simulation of dynamic recrystallization process was realized by using Matlab programming, the microstructure evolution process of the micro-alloyed steel was visually simulated during thermal deformation, and the properties of the micro-alloyed steel were predicted.
