摘要
针对EA4T钢电力机车车轴在精加工过程中发生断裂的现象,对其化学成分、力学性能、断口形态和显微组织等进行了相关分析和讨论;还对EA4T钢轴的高周疲劳性能进行了研究,获得了EA4T钢轴的S-N曲线;最后结合ANSYS软件对EA4T钢车轴的疲劳特性进行了分析。
Aimed at the crack phenomenon of EA4T axle in finishing process, the composition, mechanical property, fracture feature and microstructure were analyzed and discussed, and the high-cycle fatigue feature of the EA4T axle was also investigated. The S-N curve of the EA4T steel was fitted according the test results of fatigue life. Finally, the EA4T axle's fatigue feature was simulated based on the S-N curve.
