摘要
通过工况分析,认为造成篦条寿命降低的主要原因是篦条材质选用和篦条端部支撑结构不合理。改进措施实施前后的现场对比结果显示,铁素体耐热钢和铺底料工艺相结合,能够使篦条的实际使用寿命超过2年。
The analysis of working condition show that the main causes of reducding the service life of sinter grate bars are the irrationality of material selection and end support struce. The comparison results before and after the improvement measures show that ferritic heat-resistant steel together with the pave base process can make actual service life of sinter grate bars more than two years.
