摘要
通过检测成分组成,观察组织形貌和进行EDS能谱分析,对汽车用H13热作模具钢的早期开裂原因作了分析。结果显示,该热作模具主要为脆性断裂失效;模具钢中硅元素含量过高,而钒元素含量过低;在模具钢的锻后退火组织中,出现了明显的偏析区。钒、硅元素含量不合理与组织偏析是引起该H13热作模具出现早期开裂的主因。
The reasons for cracking failure of the hot forging die of HI3 steel used for automotive were analyzed by detecting the composition, observing the structure morphology and the EDS spectroscopy. The results show that the hot forging die is brittle fracture failure; there are higher content of silicon, lower content of vanadium in the die steel; obvious segregation exists in the structure of the die steel blank after rging and annealing. The main reasons for fracture failure of lhe hot forging die are unreasonable content of vanadium and silicon, and the segregation of structure.
