以船用舵和舵杆的低压铸造为例,介绍了石墨型低压铸造和砂型低压铸造中浇注位置选择、工艺参数选择的方法,论述了低压铸造技术在铸件成本、质量控制等方面的优势,从而进一步说明了低压铸造技术在船用铸件生产中的合理性。

Taking low-pressure casting process for marine rudder and rudder stock castings as an example, the methods of pouring position selection and process parameter selection in graphite mold low-pressure casting and sand mold low-pressure casting were introduced, and the advantages of low-pressure casting process in casting cost and quality control were discussed to further illustrates the reasonableness of the low-pressure casting technology in the marine alloy castings.
