摘要
以1.5MW风电发电机转子为研究对象,运用SolidWorks软件对铸件进行三维实体造型,对铸件的浇注系统、补缩系统、激冷系统等进行工艺设计。运用铸造数值模拟软件ProCAST对设计完成的铸造工艺方案进行数值模拟分析,根据模拟结果对铸造工艺方案进行调整,达到了铸件的预期质量。
Taking the rotor castings in 1.5 MW wind power generator as studying object, the 3D model of the rotors was build up by SolidWorks software, and the process scheme of the castings was designed including gating system, feeding system and cooling system. The numerical simulation software ProCAST was used to simulate and analyze the designed process scheme, and based on analysis results, the process scheme was improved to achieve prehope effect.
