摘要
在保持管端内径不变的情况下,通过特制模具使钻杆管体管端内外增加壁厚和增加壁厚的有效长度,以满足API标准的规定。所设计的一种新型钻杆管体管端内外加厚模具,克服了加厚过程中由于管壁不均匀或者加热温度出现差异造成的内加厚过渡区出现波浪式皱折的弊端。
In the case of maintaining the same inside diameter of pipe end, through a special die made the wall thickness of the pipe end of drill pipe body increase and the effective length, in which the wall thickness was increased, increase to meet API standards. The design of a new type of die for drill pipe body to increase the wall thickness can overcome the wavy folds in the thickened transition zone caused by uneven wall thickness or temperature differences in thickening process.
