脑海绵状血管畸形发病机制及治疗的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑海绵状血管畸形(cerebralcavernousmalformations,CCMs)是发生于中枢神经系统的血管缺陷,家族性患者常为多发性病变,而散发病例多为单发病变。根据磁共振成像,CCMs发病率0.4%-0.9%,占所有脑血管病变的10%-0%,男女发病率基本相同,临床出现症状的平均年龄为20—40岁。其中散发病例占50%~80%,这部分患者多无阳性家族史,而家族性患者占8%-9%。CCMs发生出血性卒中(占15%,其中儿童占20%)、癫痫(约30%)、癫痫性发作、非特异性头痛(约5%)及其他神经系统后遗症.
