斑玉蕈菌种质量LBL评价法作用机理初探 被引量:1

摘要 应用LBL评价方法,对2个显色分别为黄色(SIEF3132)和蓝色(SIEF3246)的斑玉蕈优劣菌株进行液体显色培养,测定了培养过程中A_(615)、pH、电导率和菌丝体生物量、乳糖的变化,分析了它们之间的相关性,并对使BTB变色的活性物质进行了作用位置的定位。结果显示:显示黄色的优质菌株,pH、电导率变化小,代谢乳糖能力强;显示蓝色的劣质菌株,pH、电导率变化大,代谢乳糖能力弱;使BTB变色的活性物质分泌到细胞外,在胞内没有发现活性。 The A61s, pH, conductivity, mycelial biomass and lactose variations of two Hypsizygus marmoreus strains,SIEF3132 and SIEF3246 respectively displaying yellow and blue in LBL assay,were determined during liquid culture, and their correlations were analyzed. The action position of the ac- tive substance making BTB color change was also localized. The results showed that the superior strain displaying yellow varied less in pH and conductivity and had a high capability of metabolizing lactose, the inferior strain displaying blue varied greater in pH and conductivity and had a low capability of metabolizing lactose, and the active substance making BTB color change was secreted to the extracellu- lar and not found in the intracellular.
