单向式胸腔镜肺叶切除术26例临床体会

Clinical experience of 26 patients treated by single-direction VATS lobectomy

目的:评价单向式胸腔镜肺叶切除术的临床应用效果。方法:回顾分析我院2011年9月至2012年4月行单向式胸腔镜肺叶切除术的26例患者病历资料。结果:26例均手术成功。其中男17例,女9例,住院时间(8.6±3.6)天,术中失血量(112±84)ml,手术时间(115±39)min,清扫淋巴结组数(12.6±4.4)个,术后胸管放置时间(54±18)h。结论:单向式胸腔镜手术并发症少,是肺叶切除的一种安全有效方式,值得推广。

] Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of single - direction VATS lobectomy. Methods： Data of 26 cases which received single -direction VATS lobectomy from September 2011 to April 2012 in our hosipital were ret- rospectively analyzed. Results：All 26 patients were successfully operated,including 17 males and 9 females,length of hospital stay time was （ 8.6 ± 3.6 ） days, blood loss was （ 112 ± 84 ） ml, operation time was （ 115± 39 ） min, and the number of dissected lymph nodes was（ 12.6± 4.4 ） with chest tube placement after operation time was （ 54 ± 18 ） h. Conclusion： The single - direction VATS has fewer complications, is a safe and effective means of lobectomy.
