VEGF-C及VEGFR-3在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究食管癌组织中VEGF-C和VEGFR-3的表达及其与食管癌淋巴结转移的关系,探讨VEGF-C和VEGFR-3在食管癌淋巴转移中的作用。方法:总结48例食管癌患者的临床资料,采用Western blot法检测VEGF-C和VEGFR-3在4例食管癌患者癌组织、癌旁组织、正常组织中的表达,分析其表达强弱及与淋巴结转移的相关性,探讨VEGF-C和VEGFR-3与食管癌淋巴结转移及食管癌预后的关系。结果:食管癌组织中VEGF-C的表达强度高于癌旁组织及正常食管组织,VEGFR-3的表达强度与癌旁组织及正常食管组织没有明显差异。伴有淋巴结转移患者的食管癌组织中,VEGF-C和VEGFR-3的表达均高于无淋巴结转移者。结论:食管癌组织中VEGF-C的表达高低与组织恶性程度有关,VEGF-C和VEGFR-3的表达高低与食管癌患者是否伴有淋巴结的转移有关,VEGF-C和VEGFR-3的高表达提示食管癌患者伴有淋巴结转移且预后不良。VEGF-C和VEGFR-3联合检测可作为判断食管癌患者是否伴有淋巴转移及评价预后的指标之一。 Objective: To investigate the expression of VEGF - C and VEGFR - 3 in esophageal carcinoma tissues and the relationship with lymph node metastasis, analyze the function of VEGF - C and VEGFR - 3 in facilitating e- sophageal carcinoma metastasis. Methods : To summarize the clinical data of 48 cases, the expression of VEGF - C and VEGFR - 3 in 4 of 48 cases were detected by Western blot, the results were evaluated with clinical factors togeth- er, the relation between VEGF - C and VEGFR - 3 and esophageal carcinoma metastasis was analyzed. Results: The expression of VEGF - C in esophageal carcinoma tissues was higher than precancerous tissues and normal esophageal tissues,whereas,the expression of VEGFR- 3 in esophageal careinoma tissues showed no difference with precancer- ous tissues and normal esophageal tissues. In speeimens of patients with lymph node metastasis, the expressions of VEGF - C and VEGFR - 3 in esophageal carcinoma tissues were both higher than specimens of patients without lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The level of expression of VEGF - C is bound up with the degree of malignancy. Expres- sions of VEGF- C and VEGFR- 3 are closely related to lymph node metastasis, moreover, indicate poor prognosis. The expressions of VEGF - C and VEGFR - 3 could be indicators in forecasting lymph node metastasis and prognosis.
