三甲基氯化锡致中毒大鼠血清、肾脏和肝脏过氧化损伤研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:了解三甲基氯化锡(trimthyltin chloride,TMT)中毒大鼠血清、肝脏和肾脏的氧化损伤情况。方法:将37只雌性SD大鼠分为6组,3个实验组腹腔注射TMT 10.0 mg/kg,3个对照组给予无菌生理盐水,分别在染毒后第3天、第6天和第12天对染毒动物进行24 h尿液收集测定pH值,测定血清、肝脏和肾脏中的SOD和MDA水平。结果:TMT染毒组动物在第3天开始出现神经症状,第3天和第6天动物出现24 h尿量增加,血清钾离子降低和氯离子的增高,以及血清SOD增高、肾脏SOD水平降低,血清MDA降低和肾脏MDA的增高。第12天动物的各种中毒症状逐渐减轻和缓解。结论:TMT低剂量染毒早期可以造成动物中毒症状,对血清的过氧化损伤程度较小,但是对肝脏和肾脏有一定的过氧化损伤。 Objective:To investigate peroxide damage on the serum,kidney and liver of poisoning rats induced by trimthyhin chloride (TMT). Methods: The 37 female SD rats were divided into 6 groups. The 3 test groups were treated with TMT( 10 mg/kg) by perito- neal injection,and the 3 control groups were treated with normal saline. The 24-hour-urine-collecting data of pH and the level of SOD and MDA of serum,liver and kidney were examined on the 3r~ day,6'h day and 12~h day after giving the TMT respectively. Results: The symptom of nerve system appeared 3 days after giving the TMT. The volume of 24-hour-urine increased on the 3rd and 6'~' day,while the potassium of serum reduced and the chloride of serum increased. The level of SOD of serum and MDA of kidney increased and the SOD of kidney and the MDA of serum reduced on the 3ra and 6'h day. All of the symptoms in the test groups were relieved on the 12,h day af- ter exposing the TMT. Conclusion : The symptoms of test animals appeared at early phase by giving the low dose of TMT with little per- oxide damage of serum. But the peroxide damage of liver and kidney were found.
