南充市在监服刑人员心理健康状况研究

Study on prisoners' psychological health status of Nanchong

目的：分析服刑人员心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法：在南充市三个监狱，以监区为单位，采用随机整群抽样方法，抽取南充市1196名在监男性服刑人员，用精神症状自评量表（SCL-90）对其心理健康水平进行评估。结果：南充市在监服刑人员心理异常率为69．38％，心理严重异常率为60．36％；影响心理健康的主要因素有，家庭成员数（OR=1．23，95％CI．01～1．50）、自我感觉身体状况（OR=0．57，95％C10．46～0．69）、与监狱管理人员关系（OR=0．80，95％C10．68～0．94）、狱中生活状况满意度（OR=0．76，95％C10．66～0．88）和对今后生活状况的预期（OR=0．74，95％C10．66～0．84）等。结论：南充市在监服刑人员总体心理健康水平较低，需引起相关部门的重视，采取措施改善服刑人员心理健康状况。

Objective：Analyze the prisoners＇ psychological health status and its influencing factors. Methods：Choose 1 196 male prisoners from 3 jails in Nanehong through Random Cluster Sampling method. Evaluate their psychological health status by SCL-90. Results： Among the prisoners,69.38% of them have been diagnosed with mental disorders,60, 36% serious abnormal ones. The influ- encing factors are numbers of family members （ OR = 1.23,95 % CI 1.01 - 1.50） , self-feeling of body fitness （ OR = 0.57,95 % CI 0. 46 ~ 0.69） ,relationship with jail management staff（ OR = 0.80,95% CI 0.68 - 0.94 ） , satisfaction of imprisoned life （ OR = 0.76, 95 % CI 0.66 - 0.88 ） and anticipation of future life （ OR = 0.74,95 % CI 0.66 ~ 0.84） , etc. Conclusion ： Generally speaking, prison- ers in Nanchong have poor status of psychological health,which should be concerned and improved by relevant departments.
