十字类型法在胫骨平台骨折诊断治疗中的初步研究 被引量：10

摘要 目的研究十字类型法在胫骨平台骨折分型、诊断、治疗中的初步应用。方法对249例胫骨平台骨折采用十字类型法及Schatzker分型进行骨折分型，并对两种分型方法进行比较。结果十字类型法重整了Schatzker分型Ⅰ-Ⅲ型，将Ⅳ-Ⅵ型加以细化，并补充了部分类型。结论十字类型法制订科学、应用广泛，对手术治疗中切口、内固定放置、植骨等方面有明确的指导作用。
