摘要
绩效考核是人力资源管理部门的一项重要职能。广西壮族自治区第三人民医院根据医院总体工作部署,由医院人力资源部牵头,制订绩效考核和绩效工资分配制度,除员工基础性工资执行国家统一的标准外,奖励性绩效工资的分配以综合绩效考核为依据,突出质量、效率、效益,注重向优秀人才和关键岗位倾斜,合理拉开收入差距,取得了较好的成效。
Perforamnce assessment is an important function of human resource department. According to hospital development plan, human resources department charged performance assessment and merit distribution system. Expect of rugular salary, total performance assessment which focuses on qualit, efficiency, effectvieness and focuses on excellent staff and key position is the main basis for merit payoff. The new distribution system has rarionally enlarge the gap of revenue and has got somen effectiveness.
