介绍了天津市第一中心医院实施临床医师到医疗管理干部岗位轮转培训制度及临床医师离岗到医务处等相关管理岗位轮转,直接参与医院医疗质量和医疗安全管理的经验和成效。
Experiences and effect on doctor rotation to medical affair department and relative management post to direct participate medical quality and medical safety management were discussed. And the institutions on doctor and administrative staff rotation were also introduced.
