某医院3年学科建设设备投入综合绩效分析

Total performance on 3 years facilities investment in discipline building in a hospital

目的:对某医院3年内投入的1.7亿元学科建设专项资金进行投入产出综合绩效分析;方法:3年建设周期前后分别邀请70余位相关专家、知名专家(70%以上专家两次评估均参加),依据国内权威评估指标体系进行综合绩效评估,运用统计学方法对评估结果进行对比分析。结论:医院学科发展方向与医院既定方针与战略规划相一致,学科人才建设进步明显,设备条件明显改善,医疗工作绩效进步显著;技术水平虽有所提升,但总体层次不高,特色技术不突出,学科带头人引领作用发挥不够,整体科研能力与水平有待提升。

Objectives:To analyze total performance of 170 million Yuan discipline building fund in 3 years in a hospital. Methods:More than 70 experts were invited to assess total performance before and after discipline building. The assessment tool is well known in China and results were compared with statisticsmethods. Conclusions:It is consisitancy between hospital strategy plan and hospital discipline development. There are significantly improvement in staff quality and facilities. Medical service perforamnce has got great improvements. There are also some problems such as limited technology and skill, team leader has not full play their roles and research capacity needs to be improved.
