摘要
通过对天津市儿科卫生人力资源的现状进行汇总,分析了天津市儿科事业发展中存在的主要问题,其中包括儿科医疗资源不足、床位绝对数少、没有专业的儿科医生培训体系等,就此提出了具体的解决措施。
By analysis on the status of human resources of children health in Tianjin, the main problems, such as lack of medical resources, lack of beds and lack of professional training system in Tianjin children healthcare development were discussed. Countermeasures were also presented.
