摘要
引进海内外高水平人才,对于加强医院学科建设,优化高层次人才队伍结构,具有重要作用。为使引进人才工作更加科学规范,结合阜外心血管病医院近3年面向海内外引进人才的实践,对引进人才分类标准、待遇标准、聘用管理及培养规划等进行探索,初步形成了一套人才管理体系,并对人才引进工作中遇到的关于引进目标、人才管理等问题进行了探讨。
Talent introduction is important on strengthening discipline construction, optimizing team struction. In order to make talent introduction more scientific and standardized, based on the experience of talent introduction both from home and aboard in the past three years, the talent classification criteria, treatment standard, employment and management, and training plans are discussed and a system for talent management is initially formed.
