摘要
以复旦大学附属医院管理者"突发事件处理与媒体公关"培训为例,提出转变观念,加强管理,切实强化全员宣传理念;规范培训,注重实践,持续提高综合协调能力;优化资源,协同创新,着力构建学用结合平台等建议,提升大学附属医院管理者的媒体领导力。
Take “dealing with emergent events and media public relations” training for affiliated hospital administrators of Fudan University as an example, suggestions involves transferring conception, strengthening management, full participation, standardizing training, highlighting practice, continuous improving coordination, optimizing resources, building integrated learn and implementation platform were proposed to promote university affiliated hospital manager's media leadership.
