近5年我国医院图书馆研究热点分析

Analysis on hotspots of domestic hospital library in recent 5 years

目的:揭示国内医院图书馆近5年的研究热点,为图书馆员更好地为医务人员和患者服务提供参考依据。方法:检索CNKI数据库中题名或关键词为"医院图书馆"的文献,对关键词进行词频统计,并生成35个高频关键词的词篇矩阵,利用SPSS进行聚类分析。结果:根据聚类树图及文献内容分析,总结出近5年医院图书馆的主要研究热点主要集中在学科化服务模式、数字图书馆建设、创新服务模式、信息资源建设及电子阅览室的管理等5个方面。结论:近年来我国医院图书馆的研究热点都是顺应信息时代的发展,围绕医院信息化建设这个主题展开的。

Objectives:To reveal the research hotspot of hospital library in China, and provide reference for librarians to develop service for medical staff and patients. Methods:Literature in CNKI database where the titles or keywords contain the term of"hospital library”were retrieved and the frequency of keywords and generate matrix of high-frequency keywords were counted. Cluster analysis were carried out by SPSS software. Results:There are five hot sub-fields according to the cluster tree and the content of the literature. With co-word cluster analysis, the research hotspots of domestic hospital library mainly focus on the following five aspects in recent years:subject-oriented information service, digital library construction, innovative service mode, information resource construction and the management of electronic reading room. Conclusions:With the development of information times, in recent 5 years, the hotspots of hospital library all focus on hospital information system construction.
