新时期高职教师知识结构构建研究

摘要 本文首先从基础性、条件性、实践性、创造性知识四个维度解读了高职教师知识结构的基本内容,在此基础上,分析了当前高职教师知识结构存在的主要问题,最后提出了构建新时期高职教师知识结构的主要对策。
