摘要
目的探讨TLR9和TLR4在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达情况,并与正常组织进行对比,总结其临床意义。方法选取2010年3月至2012年8月间收治行手术切除的49例非小细胞肺癌患者,应用免疫组化方法检测TLR9和TLR4在30例癌旁正常组织和49例非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达情况。探讨非小细胞肺癌在临床分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移与TLR9和TLR4之间的相互关系。结果非小细胞肺癌组织中TLR9阳性率为93.9%(46/49),TLR4阳性率为59.2%(29/49)。正常肺组织中TLR9阳性率为16.7%(5/30),TLR4阳性率为10.0%(3/30)。非小细胞肺癌组织中TLR9和TLR4的阳性率明显高于正常肺组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TLR4的表达与非小细胞肺癌的肿瘤分级关系密切(P<0.05)。结论在非小细胞肺癌组织中TLR9和TLR4呈高表达状态,且肿瘤分级与TLR4的表达关系密切,在非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展过程中二者可能有所参与,为非小细胞肺癌的治疗提供新的思路。
Objective To study TLR9 and TLR4 expression in non-small cell lung cancer, and compare with normal group, summarize its clinical significance. Methods 49 patients with non-small cell lung cancer from March 2010 to August 2012 in our hospital were included in the study. The immunohisto- chemical method was used to detect TLR9 and TLR4 in 30 cases with normal tissue of adjacent carcinoma and 49 cases of non-small cell lung cancer tissue. Explored non-small cell lung cancer in clinical stage, pathological grading and lymph node metastasis and the relationship with TLR4 and TLR9. Results 46 ca- ses of TLR9 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues were positive ( 93.9% ) ; TLR4 in 29 cases for positive (59.2%). TLR9 had 5 cases in normal lung tissue was positive( 16. 7% ) ; TLR4 in 3 cases for positive ( 10. 0% ). TLR9 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues and the positive rate of TLR4 was obviously higher than that of normal lung tissue ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of TLR4 and small cell lung cancer was closely related to tumor grade ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions TLR9 and TLR4 in non-small cell lung cancer tissue has high status, and closely related to tumor grade and the expression of TLR4 in non-small cell lung cancer oc- currence and development process of the two might be involved, providing a new method for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
