艾迪注射液辅助奈达铂局部化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

Observation of Addie injection combined with nedaplatin chemotherapy efficacy in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion

目的探讨艾迪注射液辅助奈达铂局部化疗对恶性胸腔积液治疗的临床疗效。方法采用抽签法将收治的67例恶性胸腔积液患者分为A组(33例)和B组(34例),A组采用顺铂治疗,B组采用艾迪注射液辅助奈达铂治疗,治疗4周后,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法对两组患者治疗前后胸腔积液癌胚抗原(CEA)水平进行检测,观察两组患者临床疗效和不良反应。结果两组患者近期疗效和生活质量比较,B组显著高于A组(P<0.05);B组患者经4周治疗后胸腔积液CEA水平降低程度明显大于A组(P<0.05);B组患者不良反应明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液辅助奈达铂局部化疗可显著提高恶性胸腔积液治疗疗效,减轻化疗不良反应,提高患者生存质量。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Addie injection combined with nedaplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant pleural effusions. Methods Randomly 67 patients with malig- nant pleural effusion whom had treated in our hospital were divided into A group （ cisplatin in the treatment of 33 cases, and group B （34 cases, Addie injection combined with nedaplatin）. After 4 weeks of treat- ment, ELISA method was used to detect the two groups of patients before treatment and after the pleural ef- fusion CEA levels, observation clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups of patients. Results B group was significantly higher in the efficacy and quality of life than that in A group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; group B was around CEA levels after treatment of pleural effusion was decreased obviously than A group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the side effects in group B was lower than that in group A （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Addie injec- tion combined with nedaplatin chemotherapy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion, reduce the toxic side reaction of chemotherapy, improve the quality of life of the patients.
