摘要
目的 初步确定低年资护士培训阶段及各阶段培训内容,为构建低年资护士规范化培训体系提供依据.方法 通过文献查阅,依据护士核心能力框架,整理形成低年资护士培训内容框架,并选取8名护理人员采用焦点团队访谈法确定低年资护士的培训阶段及各阶段培训内容.结果 低年资护士培训分为岗前、第1年、第2年、第3年4个阶段;培训内容分为理论与操作两部分,共76个条目,其中理论培训内容包括素质教育、法律伦理、人际沟通、护理制度、院内感染控制、临床护理、护理不良事件及突发事件预防与处理、急救护理和管路护理9个维度;操作培训内容包括清洁护理、安全与舒适、营养与排泄、仪器使用和治疗与急救5个维度.结论 低年资护士培训内容应以临床需求为导向,全面性与针对性相结合,以更好地帮助低年资护士转变角色,胜任临床护理工作.
Objective To determine initially the training stages and content for low service seniority nurses,which providing reference for the establishment of standardized training system of low service seniority nurses.Methods The training content framework of low service seniority nurses was formulated based on literature review and the core competency framework of nurse.Eight nurses were selected for the focus group interview to determine the training stages and training content in each stage.R^ults The training of low service seniority nurses was divided into four stages:pre-post training,the first year training,the second year training and the third year training.The training content included two parts of theory and operation skills trainings,with a total of 76 items.The theory training consisted of nine aspects:essential-qualities-oriented (EQO) education,law and ethics,interpersonal communication,nursing regulation and system,nosocomial infection control,clinical nursing,prevention and treatment of adverse events and emergencies,first aid nursing and tubes nursing.The operation training included five aspects:cleaning and nursing,safety and comfort,nutrition and excretion,application of medical equipment,treatment and first aid.Conclusions The training content of low service seniority nurses is formed based on clinical needs and the combination of comprehensive and pertinence,which can better help the low service seniority nurses change their role and make them qualified for clinical work.
